What is The Exquisite Corpse Project?
Hello New Readers,
Most Simply: The Exquisite Corpse Project is an event that will begin at Figment Boston 2010!
The idea is to create a community-built narrative over the course of June 5, 2010. Based on the classic game, The Exquisite Corpse Project will be a day of collective story-telling. The project, sponsored by Figment Boston, will begin on a public stage in Boston where "The Collector" will ask one passerby to join him on stage and share a story - any story: fictional, true, fairy tale, something they've overheard in a grocery store, something their great-aunt told them forty-three years ago. Another individual, having heard that story, will be welcomed onstage with "The Collector" to continue the narrative where it left off. And so it will continue for hours! Each story will be videotaped so that, at the end of the day of story-telling, we will have a full narrative recording, which will be posted here to share!
What do you think? Want to get involved? Share your thoughts! Tell your story!
Love,
The Collector
